The following terms of service apply to all users of OregonMommas.com and are equally binding and without discrimination. By visiting and using our website, you are agreeing to these terms of service. If you do not agree with these Terms of Service, you are under no obligation to visit or use our website.

USER ACCOUNTS

Account registration is required to make purchases. You may delete your user account and personal data at any time, however, if you do so, you will lose access to order information associated with the user account.

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

If there is shipping damage, upon receiving the order a customer has 14 days to contact us and show proof of the damage. We will replace 'damaged in transit' products. If a customer does not like a a scent they've purchased, upon receiving the order a customer has 30 days to contact us for an exchange. We will exchange the product, however, the customer will be required to return the original item and pay all additional shipping costs.

MISUSE OF PRODUCTS

We are not responsible for allergic reactions, accidental consumptions, misuse, or improper storage of our handcrafted, 100% natural products. Please read labels carefully and do not use a product if it contains an ingredient you are allergic to.

CHANGES

We may update these terms of service from time to time in order to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
